Alex is mixing records at Toronto’s Union Sound Company in both stereo and Dolby Atmos. The central philosophy to his approach is that the music, and the message is always first. Deep listening is the key to a great mix, but this goes far beyond sound and frequencies. His experience in a wide variety of genres allows him to make meaningful sonic choices that suit the music, the message, and the art.
